1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms govern the use of Yatzar, a digital service operated by Olyven LLC. By accessing or using Yatzar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Purpose of the service
Yatzar provides devotional and educational content, reflection resources, and tools for following a personal journey. The content does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, pastoral, or other professional advice.
3. Eligibility and responsible use
You must use the service lawfully, respectfully, and consistently with these Terms. Yatzar is primarily intended for people age 16 or older. Minors should use the service only with appropriate parental or guardian involvement and authorization.
4. Accounts, identifiers, and progress
Some features may associate progress, preferences, reflections, and commitments with a technical identifier or account. You are responsible for protecting your devices and credentials and for providing accurate information when requested.
5. User content and records
You retain rights to reflections, answers, and commitments you choose to record. You grant Yatzar only the permissions needed to store, process, synchronize, retrieve, and display that content to you and to operate the service. Reflections and commitments are not included when sharing a devotional unless you deliberately share them.
6. Intellectual property
The Yatzar brand, software, design, proprietary text, devotionals, images, and other service elements are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the service as provided.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with operations, copy or distribute protected content without permission, use the service for illegal activity, or violate third-party rights.
8. Availability and changes
We may correct, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the product. We seek to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. External services and links
The service may open device sharing tools or external links. Those features are governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers. Yatzar does not control external services.
10. Termination and data deletion
You may stop using Yatzar at any time and request deletion through the Delete my data page. We may restrict access for violations, security risk, abuse, or legal obligations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Olyven LLC is not responsible for decisions made solely on devotional content or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or unavailability.
12. Governing law
These Terms are interpreted under laws applicable to Olyven LLC without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to the user.
