How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include the email address or identifier used with Yatzar and, when possible, the device or platform where you used the service.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete personal information and associated records we can locate, including synchronized progress, reflections, and commitments stored by the service. Information stored only on the device should be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the application.
Verification and timing
We may request minimal additional information to confirm the requester’s identity and prevent unauthorized deletion. Verified requests are normally processed within 30 days.
Retention exceptions
We may retain information strictly necessary when required by law, for fraud prevention, security, legal claims, or dispute resolution. When possible, retained information will be isolated and not used for other purposes.
After deletion
Deletion is permanent and may prevent recovery of progress, reflections, and commitments. You may use the service again later, but deleted records will not be restored.
