1. Who we are
Yatzar is an application and digital service operated by Olyven LLC, California, United States. This Policy describes how we handle information when you use our applications, websites, and services.
2. Data we may process
Depending on the features used, we may process journey progress, current stage, language, appearance, reflections, answers, commitments, technical identifiers needed to recover progress, device information, app version, error logs, and usage data needed for security and diagnostics.
3. Data not requested by the current experience
The current devotional experience does not request precise location, contacts, photos, videos, microphone, SMS messages, financial data, health information, or identity documents.
4. How we use information
We use information to deliver content, save and recover progress, keep reflections private, provide support, correct failures, protect against abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the experience.
5. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a corporate reorganization subject to applicable protections. We do not use reflections or commitments for personalized advertising.
6. Local storage and synchronization
Some preferences or information may remain locally on the device. When remote synchronization or recovery is available, only information needed for that function is transmitted and associated with the identifier used by the service.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, answer requests, satisfy legal obligations, preserve security, and resolve disputes. Information may be deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary.
8. Security
We use HTTPS and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in transit and restrict access. No system is risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and LGPD, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection and may withdraw consent when consent is the applicable legal basis.
10. Data deletion
You may request deletion of data associated with Yatzar through the Delete my data page or by writing to [email protected]. We may request minimal information to locate records and prevent unauthorized deletion. Verified requests are normally processed within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
11. Children and teenagers
Yatzar is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we identify improper collection, we will take steps to delete the information.
12. International transfers
Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where necessary infrastructure is located, with safeguards consistent with applicable law.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the product, law, or our practices. For questions or privacy rights requests, write to [email protected].
